another 10 on the flats today

knees are tweaking from using the clips.  should I move them fore or aft?

Perhaps move them back.  Also make sure your feet float.  If your feet are always trying to rotate against the peddle stop you probably want to rotate the clip a bit.

my ride from yesterday...

6.36m or so....

http://www.mapmyride.com/ride/united-states/ca/san-jose/138537248867

i can't catch my breath out there, so on some hills I lost. Uber is charging the hills. and did the big dip in the back there without realizing what he was doing... sun was in his eyes with other bikers going 'come on over' hahaha

They were like "Go ahead! Go ahead!" I could see it was a bowl but the sun was in my eyes so I didn't know what kind of drop it was until I hit the lip. Then I think I yelled, "This is RAD!" and I heard some folks chuckle. Made it up the other side no problemo. Way fun for a short ride near work.

I'm out today. I was asked to attend TWO business functions tonight (and it is mandatory I attend one). Could probably use a rest day anyhow. I did a 4mile hill run @ Rancho yesterday and then went to swim class. Calves started cramping up last nite.

Actually the instructors keep telling me that I'm ready for the master's program. They said that my form is pretty good overall, I just need to relax a bit more.

Personally, I think I still need to build up a little more. I still seem to be sucking wind pretty bad in the pool.
