Here is the long version...the meeting is on Saturday the 7th...

I don't see free beer mentioned.

Quote
Dear Friends of Mountain Tools,

Pinnacles National Monument is proud to celebrate the first 100 years of the park's preservation. Throughout 2008, Centennial events will highlight the legacy of local initiative and support that was instrumental in the preservation of Pinnacles. It's time to celebrate the important role the climbing community has played as stewards of the monument.

We would like to invite you to the Rock Pile Rendezvous, a climbing event held on the West Side of the monument on Saturday, June 7th, 2008 from 10am to 3pm. Mark your calendars! The Rock Pile Rendezvous will celebrate the legacy of conservation and the stewardship ethic that climbers have practiced at Pinnacles over the last 70 years. Pinnacles offers a variety of recreational and educational opportunities and select businesses and organizations will be on hand to provide information on climbing at Pinnacles and throughout the region. There will be static displays, information handouts and staff will be on hand to meet, say hi and answer questions. This event will be a great chance for climbers to connect with each other and for non-climbers to immerse themselves in the climbing culture at Pinnacles.

We are hoping the Rock Pile Rendezvous will encourage multi cultural stewardship and ownership of the park that can further the National Park Services mission to protect and preserve this land for future generations. With support from the local communities and businesses we can ensure that Pinnacles will enjoy such protection for the next century. Please consider joining us for some fun, fraternity and of course climbing Saturday June 7th.

sorry boys but that's for both nights

175 each night for good bed and shit loads of food and often wine tasting local vines right next to the Monument?

it's actually not a bad deal.

I just like a stand up shower that I don't splash water all over the floor with.
