How odd, Anna is my pet name for F4. lol, ok enough:-)

That's not what you said last time....

Squiddo is jealous cuz he'll be in Italy then and can't be there.

Where were you going? Arco, where they used to chip routes for comps?

The Arco area...something like 30 plus cliffs/areas and its drill not chip. Limestone pockets.

Oh yeah, and remember it's not like we've never chipped, drilled and manufactured routes in the US.

Looks like an impressive number of climbers showing up Saturday. Probably a lot of civilians will be there too. We've decided to go (the whole family). Weather might even be mild.

Seems like the Balconies would be hot even with mild weather. I'm actually planning on socializing and may not climb at all. Several climbers I've communicated with, but never met face to face will be there and I'm looking forward to meeting them. And, several climbers I hang out with a lot will be there too. I'm looking forward to hanging out with them some more.

Both. Leaving mid afternoon tomorrow, staying in Soledad. Then, Saturday night, dinner with Stacie and then staying in San Jose with my sister so I can work on the guidebook with Dawson on Sunday. (The other guidebook).

A fun time by all. Did a 2 bit route Bandits in Bondage. Great rock (fot the westside).

Got to talk with some guy named Tom Higgins. I guess he'd put up a few routes down there.  ;)

Amazing to hear his stories.

Maybe the rockpile can happen again next year.

Pictures to follow.

Been waiting...

I missed it because it was trail work day for me.

Mud missed it because... For one, he had to work, although he was going to ride his motorcycle down for a few hours. But the battery died on his way to work after he stopped and took a phone call, so he pushed it all the way to a shop (closed), left it there and walked to work.  Worked both days. Poor guy.

Okay, F4, show us your photos so we can imagine ourselves there.
Inch by inch, I will get there.
