Gotta get Jim Mc to post up. He has ALL the beta. He and his brothers did most of the FAs out there and Mazzones when they lived right there. 

Ryan Bontrager got us hooked back up on the place after the golf course went up. There is a small clearing to walk thru and then an old orchard, then sandstone boulders that haven't been absorbed by the developer.
