it got cooler after about 30 minutes there, but in the first 30 minutes several factors were noticed...
1. don't drink an entire bottle of Domaine St. Michelle by yourself the night before.

4. haze in the air makes the munge wheeze
5. weeds in the air makes the munge sniffle
6. mid 80 temps makes the munge wilt
So with all that, we rode a trail that cuts to the south and up a gradual incline. good way to "warm" up. when we hit the top. i was gonna hurl. belly full of bad berries style. it's like eating lots of frozen yogurt before riding femont older. Uber was very nice and didn't laugh once.

Felt good to ride. I feel better overall for having riden yesterday, so tonight I think I'm going to ride the levees.
