Odd, I just had to upgrade to MS Office '07. If I didn't know better, they've changed the user interface to the MAC MS Office UI. So much for progression.

Why do they have to change stuff? Oh, I know, so the user has to buy the upgrade and a new system because it can't run the new SW. Nice scheme.

that's capitalism

But now I have to spend $2k on a new laptop so it can run office at an accepable speed. That's a good scheme for Intel/Dell and MS. Plus not to mention no one else in the company has '07 so the VP's are going to be pissed evertime they have to covert a file.

No, I'm not bitter. Just happy that they get to buy me a new laptop.

MINIMUM 4 gigs ram, MINIMUM

trust me

though you tweak the virtual mem settings if you have a huge hard drive and don't worry about space.

Factor, we don't care if you're bitter. What we want to know is: are you dad?

Munge, yah, I'm a couple GIGs short. But still the principle sucks!

Brad, it's any day now. The doctor said last week that everything looks good and the baby is on track. So it's up in the air. I keep trying to walk her around the block at night, but no go. The official due date is July 27th and the doctor is sticking to it.
