Bear Valley
« on: July 08, 2008, 07:14:51 AM »
I just returned from my family vacation from Idaho and Oregon and will be heading up to Bear for a few days for riding and climbing and some trail work.  Post or PM  if you are interested in doing a ride or two. Going up Wed. 9th trough Sunday at least.  I rode Sunday and the trails are in good shape.

If you get a chance you must ride in Oregon- We rode in Ashland, Oakridge, MRT, Bend  and LaGrande.  Good weather, clean air, drive through coffeees and great breweries all over.

Cheers US

But it's Oregon! Okay the Deschutes beer is "okay", but still it's Oregon.

Stop off at Yureka above shasta, supposed to be good riding there.

Terminal Gravity in Enterprise- another great beer and pub.

I may ride over to the Hermit Valley rest stop on Saturday to check things out on the Death Ride.

Hey Stink,

You forgot the state that doesn't let you pump your own gas. Nice in the winter, odd in the summer.

PS, our cabernet and Zins are shaping up. What't the word on the grapes in Lodi? Slowly ripening?
