latest posts or info center view at top?

What do I need to change so that the info center view is above the subforums? 


scrolling down is such hard work

Munge, sorry that I just got chance to look into this. However, I'm not convinced yet that the Info Center should appear high up on the page.  Here is a solution that I hope works for you: Do you see the "minus" sign to the left of each forum group? If you click on it, it will collapse that forum group. If you collapse all four forum groups, they barely take any screen real estate. Then it doesn't require much scrolling to get to the Info Center (for most recent posts). If you are logged in, this layout is remembered even if you are using different computers. 

Does anyone else have an opinion/preference on where the Info Center should be?

This works well in the test environment, and going to lunch now to test my stomach environment next.  ;D
