god im fat and out of shape, but managed 14 slow miles this morning.... contemplating the bishop high sierra 100k in may, and not feeling real strong about right now...

Salad,
What I find best to get a jump start back into running is a "run every day" type thing. Say 30 mins every day. If you need a day off, double the day before. Just keep it up and you'll be back into shape in no time.

yeah thanks.... im trying to get up to 5 days a week. i like a day off before the long run saturday and then i like monday off after a long saturday and sunday recovery.
